TECHNICAL BARRIERS TO TRADE This measure (Notification No.3/2016) provides the import prohibition on the chemical which are banned and restricted by the section 5, sub-section (h) of Prevention of Hazard from Chemical and Related Substance Law. The listed chemical in the Notification No. 3/2016 are not allowed to import into the territory of Myanmar to anyone. Authorization Requirement for Import of Chemical and Related Substances B. TECHNICAL BARRIERS TO TRADE This measure (Chapter 14, Article 45) provides for the authorization requirement from the relevant agency before importing the product.
