Notification No. 86/2016 (Liberalization the Import Negative List)
With the purpose of the trade facilitation in line with the WTO's Agreement on Import Licensing Procedures and ASEAN's commitments, Ministry of Commerce liberalized the import license on 4288 commodities in total in HS 2012 version. This notification is prevailed by the Notification No. 61/2017.
