Notification No.69/2019 concerning the tax exemption for Grant aid and Concessional loan
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 15(a) and 31(b) of the Union Taxation Law (2018-2019), the Ministry of Planning and Finance issued the Notification No. 69/2019 on 23 August 2019. This notification provides the tax exemption for Government Grant aid and Concessional loan.
