| Description | This measure (Chapter 4, Para21,a,1 and Para 22,a,6) provides the requirement to conduct the pre-shipment inspection before importing. A person importing controlled precursor chemical from abroad shall submit recommendation of the Supervisory Committee for Controlled Precursor Chemical and the Pre-shipment Inspection Certificate and Marketing Contract/ Agreement must be submitted to the said Committee. The objective of this measure is to control the drug abuse. |
