Authorization Requirement for Importing of Controlled Precursor Chemical
| Description | This measure (Chapter 4, Para 17 and 19,a) provides the requirement to get the authorization from the relevant agency before the importation. A person who wants to import the controlled precursor chemical need to obtain the recommendation from the Supervisory Committee for Controlled Precursor Chemical. The objective of this measure is to control the drug abuse. |
