Authorization Requirement for Exportation Certain Products

Description This measure (Notification No. 60/2017) provides the requirement to get the authorization from the relevant agency. Anyone who wants to export this item, if necessary, needs to get recommendation letter or registration from the relevant ministries or departments according to their existing regulations even though this item does not require the export license. The objective of this measure is to regulate trade in line with the applicable international trade rules and standards.
Comments Notification No. 60/2017 is issued by the Ministry of Commerce. Even though these commodities do not need to apply the export license, the exporter must comply with the regulations from the relevant agencies. This measure is subject to change as the conditions in the country changed.
