Inspection Requirement on Animals, Animal Products and Animal Feed (Meat and Product)

Description This measure (Article 5, b) provides for the inspection requirement on the products by the importing country before importing. A person importing animal, animal product or animal feed shall submit to inspection by the Department. The objective is to prevent outbreak of contagious disease in animals and to control the outbreak systematically when it occurs.
Comments The Law Amending the Animal Health and Development Law 2010 is issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation.
