Description | This measure (Annex A, Para 1-3, 2-3 and 3-3) provides the measures applied by the government of the exporting country on exported goods which have originally been imported from abroad. The re-export of any specimen of a species included in Appendix I, II and II of CITES shall require the prior grant and presentation of a re-export certificate. The objective is to ensure that international trade in specimens of wild animals and plants does not threaten the survival of the species in the wild. |
