TBT Regulations on Transport and Storage of Chemical and Related Substances
| Description | This measure (Chapter 13 and 14) provides for the requirement on certain conditions under which products should be stored and transport. To be safe, the organizations and license holders who transport and store the chemical and related substances shall abide the applied regulations and procedures. The objectives are to protect from being damaged the natural environment resources and being hazardous any living beings by chemical and related substances, to perform the sustainable development for the occupational safety, health and environmental conservation. |
