Import Restriction of Chemical with the TBT Reason
| Description | This measure (Notification No. 2/2016) provides the import by restriction on the chemical which were restricted by the section 5, sub-section (h) of Prevention of Hazard from Chemical and Related Substances Law. The listed chemical in the Notification No. 2/2016 are not allowed to import into the territory of Myanmar to anyone. The objective of this measure is to protect from being damaged the natural environment resources and being hazardous any beings by chemical and related substances. |
