In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 47(b) of the Pesticide Law, the pesticides registration board of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation issued the Notification No. 14/2023 on 29 November 2023. This notification provides the information to delete Ethylene Oxide from the list of pesticides which are not allowed to use in Myanmar and designates it as a restricted chemical.
