Notification No. 40/2019 concerning the fees payable along with application for Advanced Ruling on Classification, entered into force on 18 April 2019

The Ministry of Planning and Finance has issued the Notification No.40/2019, dated 18 April 2019, concerning the fees payable along with application for Advanced Ruling on Classification. The Ministry has already issued the procedures for the application of advanced ruling on classification via the Notification No. 150/2016, dated 14-10-2016 (www.myanmartradeportal.gov.mm/en/legal/159).
According to the Notification No. 40/2019, a processing fee of MMK 50000 is payable upon the application of Advanced Ruling on Classification. Advanced Ruling on Classification Form (Form CR-98 (A)) is provided in the annex of this Notification. The objective of this Notification is to facilitate trade.
