In exercise of the powers conferred by the section 3, sub-
section (d) and the section (4) of the Tariff Law of Myanmar, the Ministry of Planning and Finance issued the Notification No. 470/2021, dated 7^th July 2021. According to this Notification, Myanmar’s Tariff Reduction Schedules for Products under the Trade in Goods Agreement of the Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Partnership among Members States of the ASEAN and Japan – HS 2007 Version have been published. ASEAN- Japan Tariff Reduction Schedule of Myanmar (HS 2007) is provided in the annex (a) of this Notification No. 469/2021 that will enter into force on 1 August 2021.
