In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 5 (h) and Article 47 of the Prevention from the Danger of Chemical and Associated Materials Law, the Central Body for the Prevention from the Danger of Chemical and Associated Materials under the Ministry of Planning, Finance and Industry issued Notification No.3/2020 on 9^th November 2020. The notification provides the restricted list of chemicals which are included in the group of Hydro-chloro-fluoro-carbon (HCFC) issued by the Notification No.2/2016 of the Central Body.
