Environmental Conservation Rules (Notification No.50/2014)
The Ministry of Environmental Conservation and Forestry, in the exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (a) of section 42 of the Environmental Conservation Law, hereby issues these rules with the approval of the Union Government on 5 June 2014.
