Ministry of Commerce, Department of Trade issued the export, import bulletin (4/2023) which notified to exchange the 65% of the foreign currencies earned from the exportation of rice and rice products through border trading posts on 1 March 2023. According to this notification, the exporters have to change foreign currencies into Myanmar kyats with the official exchange rate set by the Central Bank of Myanmar starting from 1 March 2023.
