Myanmar Food and Drug Board of Authority, in exercising the power conferred under sub-section (b) of Section (38) of the National Food Law, issued the Notification No. 524/2021 concerning the list of controlled food. The following items are prescribed as the controlled food in accordance with the sub-section (c) of Section 6 of the National Food Law;

1. Branded Bottled drinking water
2.  Branded Palm oil
