Notification No.40/2019 concerning the application for Advance Ruling on Classification
The Ministry of Planning and Finance issued the Notification No.40/2019 concerning the application for Advance Ruling on Classification on 18th April 2019. The application form (Form CR-98 (A)) for Advance Ruling on Classification is provided in the annex of this Notification and the application shall be accompanied by a fee of 50000 Myanmar Kyats.
The procedure for Advance Ruling on Classification has been issued by the Ministry of Planning and Finance through the Notification No. 150/2016, dated 14-10-2016.
