Notification No.58/2019 concerning Import Licensing fees
The Department of Trade, Ministry of Commerce, in exercising the power conferred under sub-section (b) of Section 13 of the Export and Import Law, issued the Notification No.58/2019, dated 10 October 2019.
According to the Paragraph 1 of the Notification No.58/2019, import licensing fees shall be collected based on the CIF value of the products.
