Procedure for Obtaining Export Recommendation for Chemical and Related Substance by the Department of Industrial Collaboration of the Ministry of Industry

Procedure for Obtaining Export Recommendation for Chemical and Related Substance

Step(1)
A Business licence and Registration Certificate holder requires to apply the recommendation on export for chemical and related substances to the Central Supervisory Board in Ministry of Industry. The applicant who do the recommendation on export for chemical and related substances shall submit “Applying the Recommendation for Export of Chemical and Related Substances”-Form (3) together with following described documents.

    (a)    Application Letter using company letter head signed by Managing Director or Director in Board of Director (original signature and seal)
    (b)    Copy of Proforma Invoice including country of origin, port of loading, port of discharging (Destination), Packing type, Total amount, and signature of seller and buyer
    (c)    Copy of Sale Contract including signature of seller and buyer, seal
    (d)    Use of Chemical or Related substance including original signature and seal
    (e)    Original and Copy of Analysis Report (one year duration)
    (f)    Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) from same country of origin or same import country including original company seal, signature and seal on every page
    (g)    Copies of Company Registration, NRC card or passport, import/export registration and list of Board of Director
    (h)    Copies of  Chemical and Related Substances Business licence, Registration Certificate and list of registered chemical and related substances

Step(2)
The Central Supervisory Board shall scrutinize whether or not the Form(3)  and the
documents submitted as attachment are completed. It informs to the applicant to reapply by filling up the requirements in incompleted applications.
Step(3)
If the required documents are completed, the recommendation form (5) on chemical and related substances for export which will be issued to the applicant is confirmed by the  Chairperson of Central Supervisory Board.
Step(4)
The recommendation form (5) confirmed by the Chairperson of the Central Supervisory Board is scanned and sent to the Department of Trade, Ministry of Commerce by using Tradenet 2.0 system. Then the registration number of Tradenet 2.0 system is taken.
Step(5)
The recommendation which is taken the Registration number is issued to the applicant. If the applicant himself/herself takes out the recommendation, he/she shall bring the original NRC card and copy of it. If the representative takes out  the recommendation, he/she shall bring the original NRC card and copy of it together with authorization letter.
Remark : There is no fee for applying the recommendation. Duration of the recommendation is only six months.
